NS universities suing teachers union over work-to-rule

Five Nova Scotia universities are suing the teachers union.  Acadia, Mount Saint Vincent, StFX, Cape Breton and Sainte-Anne say the work-to-rule job action violates the Education Act.  Those schools offer education degrees, and student teachers can’t do their work during work-to-rule.  The schools say they’ve been in touch with the province and union, wanting to figure things out first.
